What is Broadband  ?

Broadband is a method of getting on to the Internet a lot faster than a standard dial up connection. This means that the Internet becomes a pleasure to use instead of a frustration. This also means that you can use your telephone at the same time as using the Internet and obviates the need for a second telephone line.

The Saul Exchange needs 150 people to register an interest in Broadband to hit the trigger level for BT to enable our exchange.  Registering an interest in Broadband does not commit you to installing it once the Exchange is enabled. Currently there are just over 100 people who have registered an interest who are on the Saul Exchange.

Costs:  -   ISP connection fee of  approximately £50 plus,

  512 Mb service will cost approximately £29.0 per month

 256 Mb service will cost approximately £19.99 per month  (this service is not widely available Tiscali being one of them)
